    PXQ系列撬裝泡沫消防裝置是一個(gè)小型的泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)，它由移動(dòng)吊裝設(shè)備房、消防泵組、泡沫比例混合裝置、閥件和管路、泡沫發(fā)生器等整體撬裝組成的。所有設(shè)備均放置在一個(gè)底撬中，可以整體移動(dòng)。并且移動(dòng)吊裝設(shè)備房具備防雨、防嗮功能，同時(shí)撬裝中的各種設(shè)備也均進(jìn)行過防潮防銹蝕處理，所以完全能適應(yīng)戶外的作業(yè)環(huán)境。

PXQ撬裝泡沫滅火裝置的適用范圍：

    PXQ撬裝泡沫滅火裝置既可以噴射水，也可以噴射泡沫，常用于撲救A類固體物質(zhì)火災(zāi)和B類易燃液體火災(zāi)。它是一套完整的消防滅火系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力依靠柴油就可以運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，不受現(xiàn)場動(dòng)力條件影響。設(shè)備整體防曬、防雨雪，又方便移動(dòng)，能很好的適應(yīng)戶外環(huán)境。

PXQ撬裝泡沫滅火裝置的工作原理：

Working principle of PXQ series skid mounted foam fire extinguishing device:

    ①當(dāng)設(shè)備使用水滅火時(shí)：

     When the equipment uses water to extinguish the fire:

    消防水源經(jīng)柴油機(jī)消防泵組加壓后，直接輸送至消防管道末端，經(jīng)消防水帶到達(dá)終端泡沫槍，泡沫槍噴水進(jìn)行滅火。

    After being pressurized by diesel engine fire pump set, the fire water source is directly transmitted to the end of the fire pipeline, and then reaches the terminal foam gun through the fire hose. The foam gun sprays water to extinguish the fire.

    ②當(dāng)設(shè)備使用泡沫滅火時(shí)：

    When the equipment uses foam to extinguish the fire:

    消防水源經(jīng)柴油機(jī)消防泵組加壓后輸送至泡沫比例混合裝置，壓力水一路進(jìn)泡沫罐擠壓膠囊內(nèi)泡沫藥劑進(jìn)入主管道，一路在主管道中與泡沫藥劑混合，形成泡沫混合液，經(jīng)末端2個(gè)泡沫槍噴射泡沫進(jìn)行滅火。

    The fire water source is pressurized by the diesel engine fire pump set and delivered to the foam proportioning device. One part of the pressure water enters the foam tank to squeeze the foam agent into the main pipe, and the other part of the pressure water is mixed with the foam agent in the main pipe to form foam mixture, which is sprayed with foam through two foam guns at the end to extinguish the fire.

PXQ系列撬裝的操作方法：

Operation method of PXQ series skid mounted foam fire extinguishing device:

    ①當(dāng)使用水滅火時(shí)：（When using water to extinguish fire:）

    1.用DN100消防水帶連接水源及消防泵進(jìn)水口；（Use DN100 fire hose to connect water source and fire pump inlet;）

    2.設(shè)備出水口連接消防水帶，水帶另一頭連接泡沫槍；（The equipment outlet is connected to the fire hose, and the other end of the hose is connected to the foam gun;）

    3.打開設(shè)備管路上的所有閥門；（Open all valves on the equipment pipeline;）

    4.啟動(dòng)柴油機(jī)消防泵組。（Start the diesel fire pump set.）

    ②當(dāng)使用泡沫滅火時(shí)：（When extinguishing with foam:）

    1.用DN100消防水帶連接水源及消防泵進(jìn)水口；（Use DN100 fire hose to connect water source and fire pump inlet;）

    2.設(shè)備出水口連接消防水帶，水帶另一頭連接泡沫槍；（The equipment outlet is connected to the fire hose, and the other end of the hose is connected to the foam gun;）

    3.打開設(shè)備管路上的所有閥門和壓力式比例混合裝置上的進(jìn)水閥和出液閥；（Open all valves on the equipment pipeline and the inlet and outlet valves on the pressure-type proportional mixing device;）

    4.啟動(dòng)柴油機(jī)消防泵組。（Start the diesel fire pump set.）
